push & pull | Duly Noted’s Award-winning 2026 ICCA Set

“push & pull” is a collection of songs that reflect the cycle of losing yourself in a relationship and finding yourself again after emotional turbulence. Whether through escape, reflection, or confrontation, these songs echo a core human experience: the struggle to feel seen and whole in the midst of love and insecurity.
