@winsonbrooklyn for the WIN! This entire meal was a 12/10, but we had to highlight the chicken wontons topped with morels. Tasted Taiwanese, but like tortellini on the tongue 🤤(hope you enjoyed that alliteration)

Steamy crab & pork soup dumplings from Joe’s Shanghai (personal fave in NYC!) by @dumplingtourtakeover

Mini wontons in broth eaten from a tea cup? SAY 👏🏼 LESS 👏🏼. @bonniesbrooklyn blew us away, serving us modern Cantonese with an American twist. We HIGHLY recommend these fish + shrimp wontons in a citrus parm broth 🤤😍

We might not be expert folders, but we’re getting there 😂 Had the best time doing the @crispybottoms dumpling kit last week. Make sure you follow @crispybottoms to keep tabs on their next drop - second round of kits coming soon and you do NOT want to miss out! 🥟📦

Closing out the last week of Jing Fong’s presence in Chinatown with some of our faves (although the spotlight of course is these delish Har Gow - shrimp dumplings). If you are just as sad as us to see this banquet hall full of dim sum carts go, then head to our highlights to see how you can protest their closing. We love you always @jingfongny 💔!!!
