Another yeast slurry which we discovered in Vabalninkas, Lithuania was analysed in NCYC. It contains minimum 4 different strains, 2 of these strains are dominant. So these strains are unique and they are stored in NCYC collection.
Thanks NCYC and Lars Marius Garshol for helping Lithuanian brewing genome to survive . by @dundulisbeer

Ups. We forgot to mention what yesterday we have brewed famous Lithuanian pea ale. We did it in collab with one small but great Lithuanian brewery Dzūkų ainiai. We are very pleased what the traditional brewing is becoming more and more popular among craft brewers.

today people in Lithuania celebrate Žolinės. It could be translated into English as herbaceous day. This day symbolically we pick up the herbs for. our gruit ales which we brew in winter time. Let's celebrate the nature!
