I call this RECAP THERAPY. Instead of dwelling on all the terrible things that happened, I’m choosing to focus on the bright side. So here’s to the bright side of 2025 💛
Putting this together lowkey felt like therapy (my actual therapist is on vacation until the new year 🙄🙃😂). Looking back at all these moments reminded me that not everything was bad, just some things. It also reminded me that some thoughts and feelings can co-exist 🫧

I left out a bunch of gigs and festival shows because the video was already hella long, but I’m SO grateful to have experienced all these incredible artists, some of whom became friends over the years🤍
Statistically, I went to a concert, jam session or festival almost every second week. According to research, attending live music has been shown to increase well-being by around 21% and higher well-being is positively correlated with longevity 🤓 (almost forgot I’m a psychologist)
So yea I might end up a little deaf one day cuz I never wear my earplugs 🙃 but hopefully I’ll live a long life partially filled with these beautiful memories 🥹🫂

I’ve been thinking about how to recap this year. And honestly… it was one of the hardest years for me.
Instead of explaining everything that hurt, I keep coming back to the tattoo I got mid-year: brightside. Not just because I love the song (👀) but because I want to remind myself to keep looking for the light, even when it’s hard.
Despite everything, there were a few moments that felt really pure. This was one of them. Sitting alone on a rooftop in Morocco, watching the sunset, being quiet with my thoughts, staring out at the ocean.
It reminded me that life can be heavy and beautiful at the same time.
As we’re closing out this year, I want to encourage you to think of at least one moment that warmed your heart, no matter how small. Feel free to share it here or with someone you feel safe with 🫂🤍

With that being said, I really hope I’m not on God’s strongest soldier list for 2026 😰😂🤞🏼🧿
