Kicked off another season with our Dunne’s Gymnastics team families!

A huge thank you to Luigi and Jillian for bringing their amazing pizza truck, with the most delicious food and of course the VERY highly anticipated frozen ice that had the kids coming back for seconds, thirds, and even eighths! We are so grateful for all the hard work you put into making this night special!

Thank you to Michelle, Erin, Melissa, and Matt from our Parents Club for putting together such a wonderful night and making it all happen!

And of course, thank you to our incredible team staff for the continued hard work, dedication, and love you bring to the gym every day.

Here’s to another season of hard work, big goals, unforgettable memories, and LOTS of team spirit!

Man, we’re going to miss these three!

We sent our DP seniors off after their last practice before college gymnastics with some summer fun, water games, and a sweet goodbye.

LIU, SCSU, and UWW don’t know how lucky they are to get these ones. We cannot wait to watch them shine!✨🩵💙💜 taken in Dunne's Gymnastics by @dunnesgymnastics

What an amazing week at the USA Gymnastics National Team Camp! ❤️ 🤍 💙

This past week was such an awesome opportunity for our athlete, Nadine Glanville, and our coaches at @dunnesgymnastics . We are so thankful to all the clinicians, coaches, and staff that made this camp so educational and memorable.

Nadine was one of 26 athletes at this camp. These athletes were the best of the best —the top level 10 athletes in the country, based on their performances at nationals this season. It was such a blessing to be learning and training amongst such an awesome group of athletes and coaches. We are so looking forward to taking that knowledge and momentum back to the gym!

Thank you to @fuziongymnastics for hosting!

Thank you again to @usagym for putting on such a great camp and all the wonderful clinicians that made this camp so special! taken in Fuzion Gymnastics & Youth Fitness Center by @dunnesgymnastics

Last, but certainly not least, Ava!

Before she could walk, Ava was climbing out of her playpen and making escapes. Ava started gymnastics in the “Mommy and Me” classes at Winingers soon after. Ava joined our program the summer before her freshman year.

Ava has accomplished so many things. This season Ava ended her final gymnastics meet placing 3rd on bars with a 9.6 and and 3rd on floor with a 9.65. She also qualified for regionals as an alternate. Her favorite accomplishment though, was flipping her tsuk vault at competition this season.

When she’s not at gymnastics, Ava really enjoys hanging out with her friends and being outdoors.

In the fall, Ava will be attending UConn and will be majoring in biological sciences. She wants to attend PA school post grad with the future goal of becoming a Dermatology PA.

Ava, you have been such a positive influence on our program. You have worked so hard, and have accomplished so many amazing things. As you move forward, know that we will always be cheering you on. Congratulations! You’ve got this! by @dunnesgymnastics
