128kms, 8 bottles, 4 pitstops, a sunglasses change, a drive chain cleanse, one wrong turn and extra hill climb 🤦‍♀️ , a legion of mud and countless messages of support. Thanks so much to everyone for cheering me on.

Biggest thanks to my lead pit crew and ultimate support @muggersaus - couldn’t have finished without you. Love you so much.

Those were some mean ass conditions today - I think I am officially a proper gravel rider now. See the mud, Be the mud, I am mud. 😂

Put my soccer captain cheerleader voice to WORK today at the Bothwell Roubaix. Got a bit over-enthusiastic in the group today 💁🏼‍♀️🥳

Had a blast, didn’t crash on the gravel and taking home this giant unexpected trophy has me absolutely stoked.

Strong work out there by everyone in D grade, held off A and B grade until 4.5 laps deep.

Video editing and big encouragement as always from @muggersaus 💖💖

Booking in Euro 🇫🇷 SUMA 2027.

I didn’t think it would happen. 400w out of the gate. Spat out the back on the first climb. Caught back on. Dropped again on next climb and gritted to hang on till the end.

Many thanks to @justinmorrismdog at @mindmattersathlete for his guidance during the preparations.

Eyes on the prize. I didn’t want to say it out loud but I really really wanted to qualify for Worlds at @thedevilscardigan

After a massive improvement in FTP and strong training block I was feeling good. Then I got a little bug 3 weeks out. Surely I’d be over it by race day?

Nope I felt so powerless on the climbs, felt sick, bit of throwing up and sat in 4th place for 80% of the race.

With 10ks to go I spotted Lizzie in 3rd heading into the muddy woods and tried to catch up. Got there, hit the mud, slid around, scrambled on the rocks and got to the top solo. Rode on like my life depended on it - and absolutely lost it crying on the finish line when I realised I’d qualified.

I came close to giving up during the day but something kept me going. I’m so excited for Worlds!!! 💖💖💖 by @dunnktontour

Had a fun day out with @mindmattersathlete, making new friends, filling up our Derby Airbnb and prepping for @thedevilscardigan! 😈

Got some good practice in and a Summerleas climb PR followed by hot chips and a coffee. 🥰

Got a nice little tow from C grade until A grade flew past and dropped me like a hot potato.
Cranked it to 550w and promptly fell off 🤣🫠
