DUPL bonding day!! We put down 169 pieces (and had a wasabi challenge)😏 followed by hitting a baller arms day and then ended the day having a blast at open gym! 💪🤸‍♀️ by @dupowerlifting_

We hosted the DU Powerlifting Club for a meet where they worked up to their max on squat, bench, and deadlift and this crew did not come to play. Some seriously strong men and women in that room last night.

We loved every second of it and we are already thinking about making it official with a Summit Strong member competition. 👀

We had a very successful competition last weekend in Texas! Our lifters showed up and showed out with all 7 placing on the podium and 2 of them qualifying for nationals (shoutout Keira and Abby)!! We brought the energy and undulated those weights well 🤠 by @dupowerlifting_

Join us TOMORROW for the Powerlifting Banquet as we celebrate an incredible season of hard work, growth, and achievements.
