Been training for what feels like forever, and I JUST NOW (after 7yrs) feel like I’m touching the surface of my potential. The amount of times I thought to myself, “why the fuck am I doing this?” Due to a lack of results (at least the lack of results I made up in my head), is countless, but we kept grinding and chipping away at the self doubt. Needless to say, this game comes with high highs and LOW lows, but the grind is what we have to learn to love. Stay the course. *End of TED talk* by @duran.l1

Sep 06 2026. They celebrated me, but I find myself celebrating them even more. With each passing year, my family has given my life deeper meaning, cherished memories, and countless reasons to be grateful. For that, I will always carry an abundance of love and gratitude in my heart. These moments may be meant to celebrate me, but I never want them to be just about me. The “Level 30” Festivities are winding down now and man, I couldn’t have been more blessed to be surrounded by the family and friends I have been dropped into. I’m not a man for the glitz and glamour, but my people made sure to show out for me every step of the way. Chapter 5 for my princess. On this day 5 years ago, you were a surprise that changed my life forever. You showed me what it’s like to love and nurture. You’ve taught me sacrifice. A man’s most proud moment, knowing he’s going to have a little boy to carry on his name. Three years ago we were blessed with his presence. Today, we get to celebrate the 3 years of joy he’s given us.
