What’s so special?…. The gap in the lining of this pad is placed so that when you pull your pad up into the gullet of your saddle the lining will touch but not fill the channel.
🐏 It will allow the heat to dissipate whilst not putting any extra ‘fill’ across your horses spine.
🐏 This pad is a 12.7mm felt pad with a 1750gsm merino fleece lining.
🐏 I say fleece because the leather has been removed and the wool fleece has been needled to a cotton backing.
🐏why?… this allows the wool to maintain moisture and shock absorption without trapping heat … you can also use the crap out of it… wash it … 💨blow dry it (yes I have 😂) ☀️expose it to the sun without risk of cracking or shrinking! by @durawool

I forgot to mention, I’m a rider too. 5 years in the making! I’ve been too scared, procrastinated and faced a lot of ‘what if’s’, I’ve been pipped at the post and this idea is no longer ‘new’…BUT…I’ve also done a lot of research, spoken to vets and a lot of competitors… fuelled by a passion (perhaps obsession 😂) I can’t shy away…so here we are charging ahead.
