Terroir Dark Chocolate
Originating from Ecuador

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

This 6th year anniversary we want to do something different. A reverence for the land has guided the design of our new chocolate. It led us across the varied terrain of Ecuador, observing the deep hills where our cacao is cultivated. What began as a desire to honor our landscapes has gradually evolved over time into a physical reflection of the land itself.

We are quietly sharing these early casts shortly before our upcoming release. The sculpted ridges directly mirror the uphills of their origin, crafted into a smaller chocolate, but with a lot of meaning.

Throughout this process, we returned to the emotional weight of tasting. A reminder that a landscape is experienced not only by observing its magnitude, but by the intentional, physical ritual of breaking and sharing it.

This season in the atelier, we’re wrapping the sweetest gifts in the world.

There’s real magic in gifting chocolate. It contains a whole world inside it: the land it comes from, the craft that brings it to life, and the pleasure of enjoying it.

And as they are shared around the world, it fills our heart knowing that a piece of Ecuador journeys with them.
