A major milestone is taking shape in Downtown Boynton Beach. 🏗️✨

Hyperion Group joined city officials, project partners and community leaders to celebrate the official groundbreaking of Ocean One at 114 N. Federal Highway.

The mixed-use development will bring 371 luxury rental residences and 25,500 square feet of curated retail space to the city, along with a resort-style pool deck, fitness center, resident lounges, coworking spaces and more.

Ocean One represents a significant investment in Boynton Beach’s growing downtown, creating a vibrant, walkable destination for residents and visitors.

Stone crab season is almost here, and Truluck’s is making the must-visit list. 🦀✨

Aventura Magazine featured Truluck’s Ocean’s Finest Seafood & Crab in its latest print issue, spotlighting the restaurant as a top destination for Florida stone crab season, which returns Oct. 15.

Beyond the claws, the feature dives into more of what keeps guests coming back, from the tableside-carved South African lobster tail and miso-glazed sea bass to signature martinis, live piano music and, of course, dessert.

More than a meal. A place at the table. 🧡🍽️

Feeding South Florida was recently featured in Florida Weekly’s print edition, highlighting its first-ever Thanksgiving Community Feast, a new initiative created to bring food, connection and community to South Florida families this holiday season.

Taking place Thanksgiving Day, Nov. 26, at Hard Rock Stadium, the event will welcome 500 guests for a traditional holiday meal, live entertainment and family-friendly activities.

The idea grew from Feeding South Florida’s annual holiday food distributions, where some recipients shared that while they had food for Thanksgiving, they didn’t have anyone to celebrate with. The Community Feast aims to address both food insecurity and the isolation that can accompany the holiday season.

Businesses, organizations and individuals can support the event through sponsorships and monetary donations.
