5 Years ago, I was still a fairly new agent, and was experiencing some success, but I knew there was more! I made the leap, and joined @buffiniandco to be coached by one of the greatest of all time coaches, @brian_buffini and his team. Yes, it worked! It transformed my business, but what it really did was transform me, and allowed me to be a better husband, dad, leader, entrepreneur, and now team leader. These past 5 years have brought me some of the best of friends, and allows me to show up everyday striving to be the best version of myself possible! I’m so grateful for Brian, and the whole team at Buffini, my first coach, Megan who kicked my butt, and helped elevate my game, to my now coach @coachjimmyrooney who is also kicking my butt and helping me build my team! Forever grateful! Heres to another 5! by @dustin_gpg

Tucked along the banks of the Duck River, one of the most biodiverse waterways in the country, this 260 acre property feels like a private state park, and it’s every bit as pristine. Nearly every square inch of this land has gone through a thorough transformation: clearing underbrush, cleaning out the woods, trimming and shaping the tree lines, and opening up a full mile of river frontage that’s now as accessible as it is beautiful. The result is a rare balance of open pasture and untouched hardwoods, the kind of ground that feels wild but is fully usable, whether you’re riding the trail system on a UTV, casting a line into the stocked pond, or walking out to the river at golden hour. At the heart of the property sits a freshly restored 1,363 square foot luxury cabin, one bedroom and one bath, and completely off grid, running on solar power with its own well water. Real hardwood floors run throughout, quartz countertops finish the kitchen, and the front porch opens to views that make it clear why this ground was worth the investment. Just beyond the cabin stands a historic 50x60 barn, weathered and full of character, adding to the property’s timeless, storybook feel. For the outdoorsman, this is close to unmatched: a true hunting and fishing paradise, with the river, the pond, and hundreds of acres of woods and pasture all working together. For anyone looking for a private escape with real land, real water, and real seclusion, all within reach of Nashville, this is about as good as it gets.

Offered at $6,800,000

Happy Birthday Mom! We Love You!
@melaniedswart by @dustin_gpg

Pt. 2 Was hoping there wouldn’t be a Pt. 2, but here we are. This job was signed and contracted back in March. Since then 2 payments have been made to the contractor, and in return we’ve been told multiple lies, excuses, and we have 2 columns to show for it. Two columns with the complete wrong stone work on it. He did agree to have them come and take off the stone and redo it, but at the rate we have been going that would be an additional 3 months. Some chose to leave it, and told him to just finish the job. He then said he had crews lined up to be out here all week to get it finished. No one showed up, except for him. He showed up 1 time to push some dirt around and move the timber post. That’s all that happened the week he said he had crews lined up to be here that whole week. We have since agreed to find another contractor to complete the job, and he agreed to deliver the remaining materials that we’ve already paid for. That agreement was over a week ago. He still has not delivered the remaining materials, and is now back to not responding and ignoring us. We have a new contractor ready to roll and finish the job, we just need the materials. Starting to think that he doesn’t have the materials. So here we are over 6 months later with 2 incorrect columns. Who wants to take bets on when or if the remaining materials gets delivered to us? by @dustin_gpg
