Communal honesty on Christianity, as an institution, without anesthesia:

The message of “turn the other cheek” was not preached as spiritual discipline, but as social desensitization: a demand placed upon people to forgive endlessly while being robbed of land, dignity, labor and even freedom itself.

Christianity, in this context, does not liberate—it conditions submission. There’s also psychic violence of representation. A blond, blue-eyed God is not an accident: it is psychological warfare. To worship whiteness as divinity is to be taught, daily and subliminally, that proximity to power requires self-erasure.

The white church, is not neutral—it is a pillar of systemic racism, underwriting segregation, colonization and slavery while laundering brutality through a distorted theology of love and patience. It makes the modern spectacle of megachurches all the more grotesque. Lavish performances funded in the name of humility. While this spectacle grows, the birthplace of Jesus remains under attack. by @dustmagi
