First backpiece completed ✅
I really enjoyed being able to make something of this scale and I can’t thank Rachael enough for trusting me to do this. When she first mentioned getting her back done I brushed it off cause I didn’t know if she was serious and didn’t want to be disappointed. Well, she was serious! What started as a tattoo of some butterflies turned into this. I’d love to do more large scale work, more back pieces especially. Hoping this inspires some of you to finally take the leap.

First in a series of bird tattoos that I hope will raise $ for conservation efforts as well as awareness. When it comes down to it, these efforts are about more than just birds; it’s about how we treat the planet and the mark we leave here. And hopefully trying to account for the irreparable damage we’ve done thus far. ‘I’iwi populations are declining due to climate change. This is something that affects us all. Swipe for more info and booking details. Stay tuned for more of these and feel free to suggest other birds for this series. by @dustytatu
