I want to give a huge thank you to @dustinrhodestx and The Rhodes Family for taking the time to talk and take pictures. They truly are great people, and I am very blessed to have their support. Wrestling truly does have more than one Royal Family. #dustyrhodes #dustinrhodes #dustyrhodesfoundation by @dustytribute

“Well my gorilla is a little bit more than just a ordinary gorilla, he’s a bad gorilla. And there’s something inside him that might be a little bit human.”

On October 29, 1985, one of the greatest promos of all times aired on Mid-Atlantic Championship Wrestling. It was HARD TIMES by Dusty Rhodes. Today I would like to honor this great man as well as his words, which to this day still connect with so many. I was very blessed to have @dustytribute help recreate this amazing promo. To watch the entire episode, please go to my YouTube channel (Kara Thornbury) TEA WITH ME: tea and conversations with your favorite old-school wrestlers. The episode is titled DREAM ON. Thank you DUSTY RHODES for your life and legacy and thank you @dustytribute 🫖🤼💕 @americannightmarecody @thecodykidd @seanrosssapp @themachoverse @camelclutchcosplay @itsjackinthebox @legends_by_gaetano @gthornbury @carmenmchilders @chrisvanvliet #cosplay #80swrestling #dustyrhodes #americandream by @dustytribute

100+ Cosplayers sing "If You Only Knew" at the @newyorkcomiccon Wrestling Meetup! The largest gathering of wrestling cosplayers, I've ever seen! So we had to sing this classic song from the 1987 WWF Slammy Awards! #nycc #nyccmeetups #wrestlingcosplay #wwe #80swrestling @worldwrestlingcosplayers by @dustytribute
