“It is in the past that we can excavate the potential of the future. The future isn’t something that just ‘exists’ somewhere, it also lives in our past memories, in the form of unrealized futures.” * Ibrahim Mahama

Last week in Paris, I had the massive pleasure of joining a guided tour by my friend Florian Krewer of his incredible exhibition *woven thin* at the Musée d’Art Moderne de Paris (@museedartmodernedeparis ), his first solo exhibition in France. The show is curated by @jb_delorme . I love Flo's work!! The exhibition brings together sixteen monumental paintings, including several previously unseen works, presented within the museum’s permanent collection. So impressive! Congrats again Flo @boogiecrash )! 👏👏👏

He holds an MA in Painting from the Royal College of Art (2025) and a BA in Product and Graphic Design from École de Condé, France, 2021. His work has been shown internationally, including solo exhibitions at Room 57 Gallery (New York, 2026), Taglialatella Gallery (New York, 2023), and he has upcoming solo shows at DUVE Berlin (2026). His work was exhibited in group shows at Matt Carrey Williams (London, UK, 2026), COHJU, gallery (Kyoto, Japan , 2026) and Mandy Zhang + Tiderip, (London, UK, 2026) , among others. He has completed the Mack Art Fondation, NYC (2025/6), the HART Haus residency, Hong Kong (2026).
