We’re spreading love this summer!! 💗

The Canadian wildfires, unexpected surgeries, and the general chaos that is life caused for some changes to my original summer calendar. 🥲😅

Decided to remake this (hire @produce.ikigai for all your graphic design needs) with the correct info. ℹ️

My birthday is the 3rd, so this is actually a Leo’s birthday run. How could I not shine?? 🥹🌟

Many thanks to @drcryscrain, @kewskorner, @comedianjecorey, @lawrencestproject, and @wellnessservices for hosting and curating some amazing experiences for the community and inviting me to be a part of them. 🤗

See y’all over the rest of the summer!! ☀️✨

I am tired, but I am strong. 🤲🏽✨

As I continue my evolution into everything I can be, part of why I do what I do is because of the life I’ve lived, and the fights I’ve survived.

I’ve named this man many times, and Darell Brown is accused of so much harm and abuse, it’s truly sickening and disgusting to know.

Running for city council in Flint after all of things he has done is the largest example of the depths of his narcissistic behavior.

I told my truth years before this campaign, but that man is SICK, and should not be holding any kind of office anywhere ANYTIME. There are more women coming forward saying they have been harmed by him much more recently than my last encounter with him where he brutally attacked me in July 2020.

The truth always prevails, and I have turned over information and will be fully cooperative with the community organizations that are willing to stand beside all of the survivors Darell Brown has created.

I had the idea to host a forum and invite survivors to speak or provide their testimonies however would feel best to them (writing, recording, etc.) and invite HIM to hear that and speak to the history that molded him into the man he is today. Hurt people hurt people, and that man is deeply traumatized and scarred. A date hasn’t been set yet, but it will soon.

It’s the best I can come up with to cope and address the community danger his appointment to office would be.

I process through music and poetry, and I don’t usually share it. I was told that’s it’s imperative to my work that I show this part of myself too.

What I’m building with @produce.ikigai is deeper than rap, no pun intended. Rap will always be at the center of it because EYE am at the center of it, and rap, poetry, written and spoken word all mean so much to me.

I have found my voice, and my greatest wish is to see everyone do the same in the most radically freeing ways. That’s all I truly want. ❤️‍🔥

I am sooooo excited for the Mystic Garden Party at @kewskorner on August 29th!! 🌟✨

I’ll be cosplaying, rapping, producing, and existing in all of my magic that night 🥹🤗

“Mystic” denotes a connection to the divine, and I honor the light inside of me, and continue to create spaces where others can shine theirs just as boldly as I do. It’s a pleasure and a duty. 🫂

I’m so grateful to our sponsors and collaborators for helping put together an evening of whimsy, joy, + celebration of our inner creature! 💗

Join us at @produce.ikigai for a night filled with art, expression, community, authenticity, and healing. Come out and play with us!!! 💫

My pronouns are “she/they,” but you can definitely refer to me as HER if you like 🤭

Especially when @dvddyjo pops out, I really start feeling like “them,” and I’m thrilled to be on The Ladies Takeover Show presented by goodsetcomedy!! 🌟

You can catch me onstage rapping and being a lil funny for this portion of the Inaugural 810 Comedy and Music Fest on August 21st!! 💫

A work in progress is just a masterpiece waiting to be completed. ✨

Mixtape title: “Blame It On My Pen” 🖊️

I’m excited to share the new direction my music is taking me, and I’m grateful for what I was gifted. 🌟

In another song, I said “They can try to steal my swag, they can’t steal my flow. Want whatever I have, they can’t steal my soul.” 🤗

The Spirit of Rap is so strong and dominant, the whole world has reveled in it. 🌬️

Thank you @drcryscrain for conceptualizing “Six Corners, One Voice” and inviting me to be one of the featured poets. Even though I chose to rap, spoken word is my comfort zone + my first love. 💕

Being a rapper is an evolution of my relationship with the craft and delivering a message. As I’ve grown the strength of my pen, it’s become more clear to me that I have to share what I create. ✨

I love to write and perform, but I have been very reluctant to post my work online. There’s a fear somewhere that I can only resolve by just doing it. 😅

I love myself enough not to keep being so afraid that I hold myself back. Especially when I’m not even quite sure WHAT I’m so worried about!! 😭

Let’s consider this one of many upcoming examples of exposure therapy from me as a rapper. My loved ones are bullying me atp to drop more, so I’m working on a mixtape called “Blame It On My Pen.” 🖊️

The secret is out. 🤭
