Knee pain is an individual issue, not a quick fix from someone else’s rehab plan. What you CAN do: Assess your own body to see where it’s coming from. Exercise 5 helped me the most.

Exercises:
Sled Push/Pull
Terminal Knee Exten. w/Resistance Band
Spanish Squat w/Resistance Band & Med Ball
Wall Sit w/45 lb Plate
Elevated Step Up w/Kettlebell
One leg KT jumps

In my not-so recent trip to Buffalo, NY, I had the intent of testing some new BW film I bought days prior.

My great friend Halim had the honor of showing me this Billiards spot very close to Buffalo State and I was drawn in by the love and welcoming they displayed on walk in.

There were photos everywhere, including pictures of people, different pool illustrations, and magazines.

I asked one of the older men (photo 2) about the history of the establishment and he ended up giving me a tour; later finding out most of the framed photos of people on the walls were photos of the people in the room from years ago!

They used this third space as a hangout, stress reliever, escape, and even a spot for tournament hosting, in which they’ve won some.

I encourage you to find third spaces near you that can have as much value to you as this Billiards bar has to the older men there.
