THIS is 75 Hard ✅

I started this challenge December 24, 2025 because I felt like my life was slipping. I didn’t recognize who I was and knew I needed a hard reset.

I can confidently say 75 days later, on March 8, 2026, I am not the same man I was. Beyond my physical growth, I am spiritually, emotionally, and mentally in a much better place.

I’m still not perfect but growth isn’t linear. This wasn’t about perfection but about taking a huge step towards that direction. This was done with no trainer, no consistent accountability partner - just God, me, and undying determination.

Going from a kid who used to be scared to take his shirt off to someone who can proudly say I completed 75 days of discipline and consistency is nothing short of God’s work.

So this is it. 75 Hard. I want to thank everyone that supported and followed my journey. I can’t wait to see what else this life has in store for me.

I challenge you to continue to test your boundaries and strive for greatness.

Here’s to 75 Hard and cheers to the new me. 💎
