Every strong movement starts from the ground up.

Build the foundation. Build the strength.🦵

Ek time tha jab mujhe bhi lagta tha ki motivation hi sab kuch hai..
Phir samajh aaya ,motivation 2 din chalegi, discipline saalon tak..
Maine apne body ko build karte sirf physique nahi banayi, apne mindset ko bhi build kiya.

Injuries aayi, setbacks aaye, progress slow hui… but I never stopped..

Aj jo bhi hoon, kisi ek din ka result nahi hai.
It’s years of showing up when I didn’t feel like it..

Still not where I want to be.
But definitely not where I started…

No shortcuts. No excuses.
Bas kaam ,every damn day. by @dvs_fitt

WTF ….
.
Everyone notices the physique, but no one sees the alarms, the missed parties, the disciplined meals, the painful workouts, and the days when quitting felt easier than showing up. This body wasn’t built by motivation
—it was built by consistency. Today they say, ‘WTF.’ I just call it the result of never giving up💪🔥 taken in Surat, Gujarat by @dvs_fitt
