Just happened to be in Dallas on a work trip and my hotel is hosting the National Racquet Sports Conference and I got to try @playtypti for the first time. It was a blast! Full swings, good feel, and a fun time! Was fortunate to meet Steve Bellamy and get the full story behind Typti. If you get a chance, you def have to try it! taken in Omni Dallas Hotel by @dw_ambro

When it’s @twodigitninja birthday, you have to come rockin’ his shirt and a bag full of donuts (not pictured), then get the other coaches to guilt him into coming to an open gym to get them so he shows up in your shirt. Thanks for all you do Cal!Happy Birthday taken in Motus Ninjas by @dw_ambro

So many feelings yesterday at the @worldninjaleague #premiercup qualifier @motusninjas! Almost 4 months to the day after breaking her left ulna in practice , this strong, fierce ninja returned to competition!!! With only about 3 weeks of practice, she gave it her best to try and qualify for the cup and boy did she ever! The only full clear on the placement course and the best showing on the challenge course landed her a spot in the finals in November! Just so proud of how hard she works and how determined she is. Thanks to @motusninjas and all the great coaches and her teammates for helping her get back. Swipe to see how it started… taken in Motus Ninjas by @dw_ambro

You’re driving 16 hrs to Greensboro, NC for @worldninjaleague Worlds and you pull into a rest area for a picnic…of course the first thing you’re going to do is run to the monkey bars! #macattackninja by @dw_ambro

Last weekend was big for this girl! At @worldninjaleague Regionals she had a blistering run in the flow/speed course coming in second! She finished 5th overall, as the youngest in her age group, qualifying her for Worlds this summer! She put in a lot of hard work this year, so proud of her effort! Big thanks to Rachel for running with her all the @motusninjas crew for holding a great comp! #macattackninja taken in Motus Ninjas by @dw_ambro

In honor of International Women’s Day this past weekend, I thought this song was appropriate for Mac’s latest CSNA competition. She had an amazing run, getting her second full course clear!!! The only girl or boy in her age group to do so and she had the fastest time out of everyone! Completed the 3 minute and 30 second course in a blazing 2:23!!!! This girl certainly “ran this world” and won her 5th CSNA comp in a row! Big thanks to @motusninjas, @tj.rehak.ninja, @classyninja_kf, @twodigitninja for setting up a great course and running a great event! Big shoutout to @wyattdietzel for coaching her along the way! #MacAttackNinja taken in Motus Ninjas by @dw_ambro

So proud of this fierce little girl! Her first head to head competition in September didn’t go how she had hoped. But she’s worked hard to get better and faster and today she put it all out there! She flew through the course in 19.16 seconds. The fastest score among the girls and the boys in her age group and now she can say she won Regionals! Thanks to @motusninjas for putting on a great comp and their new space is amazing! If you are ever in Lees Summit, MO you got to check it out! #macattackninja taken in Motus Ninjas by @dw_ambro
