🔥 Some of you won’t like this. 🎯

That’s how you know it needs to be said.

6 slides. Swipe through. Save it. Send it to the player and the parent who needs it. 🏀

🎯 UNCOACHABLE. Part 2.

Wanting to play D1 and being willing to work like a D1 player are two different things. 🔥

The dream doesn’t show up in the interview. It shows up in the workout when nobody’s watching.

If you are not the one playing the hardest then that is a serious problem. If you can’t bring effort to a Tuesday drill, you’re not chasing the dream. You’re posting about it. 🏀

🔥 UNCOACHABLE. Part 3.

Silence is coaching yourself out of the offer. 🎯

Coaches don’t recruit players they can’t lead through. And they can’t lead a player who won’t talk.

Communication isn’t a personality trait. It’s a skill. And it separates the ones who get seen from the ones who don’t. 🏀

Coach Dawaun 🏀

#DWB #Uncoachable #leadership

🎯 UNCOACHABLE. Part 4.

Every eye roll. Every dropped head. Every shrug when a coach corrects you. 🔥

Coaches see all of it before they ever look at your stats.

If they can’t coach you now, they know they can’t develop you later. That’s why the offers stopped coming. It was never your jumper. 🏀

Coach Dawaun 🏀

#DWB #Uncoachable #coachability

🔥 UNCOACHABLE. Part 5.

Parents, this one is for you. 🎯

If your program keeps putting your kid in the easy bracket, they’re protecting their trophy case. Not building your player.

The college coaches aren’t there. Nobody who matters saw those games. And your kid is being told they’re elite while playing against nobody. 🏀

Coach Dawaun 🏀

#DWB #Uncoachable #realtalk

🎯 UNCOACHABLE. Part 6. The one that had to be said.

If your current coach or trainer is telling you everything is great while the offers aren’t coming, they’re lying to keep you. 🔥

Real coaching means real conversations. About effort. About body language. About the level you’re actually at.
