Not only to compete at a national event but to place 5TH IN ENGLAND is beyond what I would’ve expected a year ago when I came back to training. I came here with the goal of 650KG and I got it, I also set out in April to qualify for both Nats and all Englands and I DID IT ! My first ever comp was in August 2025 when I achieved a total of 547.5KG and to increase that by 102.5KG! In a little under 10 months is a huge achievement in itself 🫡To think back in April I could just about squat 185kg , bench 110kg and deadlift 175KG is incredible and I can’t thank everyone around me for the support from my coach @josephtang16 to my handler of 3/4 comps @j.rufflepl and my partner @georgiabatchelor__ Big up to every single one of the lads (who know who they are) for the upmost amount of support and encouragement and for making the day unforgettable❤️Now onto a nice of season before potentially something at the end of the year and trying to QT for open all Englands/ NATS.But for now That’s. 600Kg total has fallen🙂‍↕️8/9 day , and what an unreal day. The atmosphere from the lads at this comp was one to remember.
