The year is always full of adventures, so many laughs, so many friends, I love the life we have been building. Although this year has come with some new and unique challenges, we always have each other and we will always come out better in the other side. Thank you for bringing so much LIFE into my life. Had an amazing camping trip at split rock farms with my love. It was the perfect recharge trip. We got to try out the new truck tent, new cots, and a new site. Everything went super well and even got some of our highest sleep scores 😜. Lots of snacks, goats, resting, and even pirate LARPers. Really was a great trip. 3 night, 4 days in the books! by @dweezy1990

Wanted to make this post for a few reasons! #1 I am just really proud of myself for once. This is where I have been shooting to get for YEARS!! It’s been a long journey of learning how to push myself, how to feed myself properly, and how to be proud of myself. #2 I have lots of people who consistently tell me that I help motivate them to continue to do better! #3 I want this to keep coming up in my memories to remind me that I CAN do it! by @dweezy1990

Going into 35 I am feeing like life is starting to go in the right direction! Getting stronger, healthier, happier, and all with my wife and my best friend @simplytessa. Finished it a little early and I’m terrible with surprises. But tomorrow is 15 years of dating for us. So I learned how to sew and made this bear out of one of my old tshirts. I love you so much. Here is to another 15 years and beyond! @simplytessa by @dweezy1990

For all my friends who need some motivation today! I have always worked out. So I started with a decent base. That being said, these two pictures are TWO YEARS apart. Two years of consistency working out. Two years of eating well consistently(obviously there are times you don’t) my philosophy that has worked well for me is to eat well when I have no reason not to. So many ups and downs through the process so far. Still not where I want to be to be happy with my body, but well on the way! Last thing is to just keep going. When you lose body fat, it doesn’t just drop from the places you want, it doesn’t just drop evenly across your body! Just keep going! Hope this helps someone! ❤️ by @dweezy1990
