Oh my goodness Burbank International Film Festival, you guys really know how to party!!! What a week! 😝🥂🙈🙌🤪🙏🙏🙏🩷

We had a full screening in Comedy Block 2 for “Collision Theory” with our lovely Moderator Claire!

My Actress/ Pal Vena and I attended everyday for 7 days straight, ate popcorn for dinner every night, laughed, cried and were grateful for the incredible films we got to watch at the festival! 😝

My Dad made it out along with my boyfriend, cast and their families for the super fun Red Carpet experience and Screening.

The industry panels were maybe my most favorite part of the festival!!!!! So illuminating to hear from knowledgeable film veterans. @crickett_rumley

The Gala was so much fun to attend and celebrate the hard work of my fellow filmmakers who worked so hard to get here.

Thank you to my new friends who run the Burbank International Film Festival. I am deeply grateful for you all letting us be a part of this incredible festival. So much work goes into this and we had an absolute blast!!! 🥹🙏🤪🩷🩷🩷🩷 @burbankfilmfest

Collision Theory Trailer!

Where an astrophysicist gets stuck on a plane next to a flat-earther! 🙈😅🤣✈️🛩️🫨🌎🩷

After spending most of my twenties working in combat zones in Iraq and Afghanistan, I finally moved back to the states to pursue filmmaking…and I couldn’t help but notice how divided this beautiful country had become along with the uptick in senseless violence.

It bothered me enough that I decided to write my final school project about transcending differences. But nobody wants to watch a serious political allegory about that! So I made it silly of course.

I’m still very much learning and maturing everyday in how I collaborate, think and execute how to tell a story that resonates. I am proud that I wrote this film in my 6th month of film school and shot it with the best classmates anybody could ask for. 🩷🩷🩷 by @dwightevansofficial

Last night my friend made this Queens girl’s dream come true! I got to see myself on the BIG SCREEN as a lead in a film at the legendary #tclchinesetheatre in Hollywood. It’s was an honor to work on Collison Theory and it’s an even bigger honor to call you my friend. Thanks for all the fun years of working together and cheers to many more. This won’t be the last time we have a premiere here. 🎊🎊🎉🎉🎉💜💜💜💜🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
