Oman hides some of the most unreal coastlines on Earth.
And the best part?
Many travelers still don’t know about them.

Safe & recommended for swimming:
✔️ Daymaniyat Islands
✔️ Bandar Al Khairan
✔️ Qantab Beach

Can swim, but be careful:
⚠️ Pink Beach (Ras Al Hadd)
⚠️ Sugar Dunes Beach (Al Khaluf)
⚠️ Masirah Island Beaches

Not recommended for swimming:
❌ Ras Al Jinz (turtle conservation area)
❌ Bar Al Hikman (remote, strong currents)
❌ Al Ashkharah Beach (big waves, strong wind)
❌ Pebbles Beach (rocky, more for photography/exploring)

Tip: Bikinis aren’t illegal, but modest swimwear is recommended on public beaches.
Resorts & island areas are generally more relaxed.
