Now that I’ve had a moment to relax I wanted to say thank you to all the glass artists that participated in this years @puffcon_la I can always rely on all of you to make me look good! 🙏😎✨We are a small team of stoners over here trying to do big things and without your help it wouldn’t be possible!!!Shout out to @puffco @jollyroger @kevin_puffco @brandon_puffco for putting on a well organized event and trusting me to oversee the Glass village. An extra huge shout out to @ryanfitt (my partner in crime in the demo area) for throwing down in the baking sun for two days, as well as providing all the torches for everyone to work on. Shout out to @minerglassware for providing the lathe and misc. tools. Shout out to @eternalflameworks @slob_glassblower @_bentree_ for helping me set up and breakdown! Finally thank you to all the demoing artists that persevered despite the wind and sun!!! Extra special gratitude to @sibelley for putting in extra work on the Torch and being ridiculously cool when I accidentally broke her piece……😭😵‍💫if I forgot anybody, it’s because I’m burnt out at the moment but believe me I’m full of gratitude !!!!Here are a few pics of the demo area with the LA skyline behind it, as well as my view of the main stage, and an action shot of the demo stage.Can’t wait to see everybody again next year!!! by @dwreckglass

What a legend……Not only did he help create heavy metal in the beginning, but in the end, he throws the ultimate heavy metal concert and raises more money for charity than any other musical event in history…..and then he is gone.Say hi to Lemmy for us and thank you Ozzy for making the world a better place!!! by @dwreckglass

@mothership_glass DEMO piece w/ hard water stains that was brought to me. This would be considered an aftermarket customization. I went with a busy pattern to distract from and obscure the hard water stains. The only way I could completely obscure them would be to Frost the entire piece, but we wanted to do something more creative than that. The customer had a Darth Maul slide that I had made years ago, so we decided to make the two pieces go with one another. on a sidenote, I realize the music technically doesn’t match Darth Maul but I like it nonetheless …. 😁#maytheforcebewithus #aftermarketcustomization #ifyouonlyknewthepowerofthedarkside 🤘🖤✨ by @dwreckglass
