It’s that time of year again… STUDIO DESIGN AWARDSSSS! 🎉

Veronica & I have poured our blood, sweat, and (let’s be honest) our husbands’ tears into creating this space. Every detail — from the mirror wall to the jungle of plants to our festive ceiling decor — was dreamed up, built, and curated by us.

Hey there! I don’t think I’ve properly introduced myself yet, so here it is—I’m Alanna! I’m an independent stylist located just outside of Houston in Katy, TX.

I specialize in blonding, vivids, and corrective color. I also offer Brazilian blowouts, tape & k-tip extensions. But I do a little bit of everything (except pixies and fades—sorry, not my thing! 🫣). My goal is to create a welcoming “come as you are” vibe in the salon where you’re free to be yourself & truly unwind.

I’ve been obsessed with hair for as long as I can remember ((I literally have a picture of me as a toddler blow-drying my hair!)) Now, I’m in my 9th year of professionally being behind the chair and I went independent about two years ago. Getting out of the traditional salons has made me fall even more in love with what I do!

A bit more about me: 💍 I’m married to the best man 💙 I have a 10-year-old son who keeps me on my toes every day 😵‍💫 🐱 We have 6 cats (yes, six!) 👯‍♀️ I share my suite with my amazing friend Veronica—you’re going to love her! ☕️ I’m a huge coffee person 🎶 I’m also a music lover and try to attend as many shows as possible

📖I love reading! I currently on book 45 & 46 ((I’m one of those psychos who listens to an audiobook & reads a separate book at the same time))
