At long last we welcome the 18th installment of my beloved songwriters round NEXT Saturday, April 18th at @cornellwineco 🤎 It’s like a golden birthday, but in songwriter round form! Spring-time is in full bloom, and with it the chaos of busy days and brand new chapters. I thought about skipping this month’s show due to the nature of this crazy time of year, but this show has become such a cherished and special showcase to me that I couldn’t bear the thought!! Especially when I started to put together this star-studded line-up!!! So please welcome the stars of the GOLDEN songwriters round at @cornellwineco 💫 @benmatinmusic Ben has one of those voices that just immediately invites you in and bids your troubles farewell. I was lucky enough to share a bill with him about a year ago, and have wanted to have him on a songwriter round ever since. I am thrilled for you all to hear his beautiful voice and music. 💫 @briannafalcone Brianna music is both pure and powerful. Her 2024 single “the softening” is a perfect explanation of her music, it does just that- it softens your souls. Brianna is no stranger to these canyons, having recorded in topanga canyon, and I’m honored to showcase her for her debut performance at Cornell. 💫 @dylan.kanner Dylan is one of the most unique songwriters I have ever heard. His songs are just as much fascinating story-books, as they are compelling musical compositions. He has been gracing our @cornellwineopenmic for the last several months, and I am so excited to hear and showcase more of his beautiful music. 💫as for ME, well you ready know I’ll be exploiting my recent engagement to try to get you come out to this show 😉 I’ll just say, I’ll probably sing some lovey dovey little tunes about my fiance and maybe even asking him to join me on a few (what say you @dannylevyy ?)
