Most people think young men are struggling because they’re lazy. I don’t. I think they’re overwhelmed. They’re surrounded by more information, more advice, more opinions and more opportunity than any generation before them. Yet more young men than ever feel anxious, directionless and disconnected. Not because they’re weak. Because nobody taught them what actually builds confidence. Confidence isn’t positive thinking. It isn’t motivation. It isn’t manifesting. Confidence is the natural by-product of becoming capable. Capable enough to keep your word. Capable enough to carry responsibility. Capable enough to lead yourself before trying to lead anyone else. That’s why I started talking about capability. Not because the world needs more “successful” men. Because the world needs more men who can be trusted. Men who build healthy families. Strong businesses. Resilient communities. Lives that matter. Everything I create; The Family Standard, Apex Order and The Summit is built around one belief: Capability changes everything. If that idea resonates with you... Welcome. You’re exactly where you’re supposed to be. Comment START and I’ll personally point you toward the part of the ecosystem that’s right for you. by @dylan.roos
Every generation inherits a world built by the people who came before it. The question is... What are we leaving behind? I don’t believe the future is shaped by politics. Or technology. Or luck. I believe it’s shaped by the capability of ordinary people. People who keep their word. Who take responsibility. Who lead when it’s difficult. Who raise strong families. Build healthy businesses. Strengthen their communities. And leave the next generation better than they found it. That’s why I don’t see capability as another self-improvement trend. I see it as a responsibility. Because when one person becomes more capable... A family changes. When enough families change... Communities change. When enough communities change... Society changes. That’s the movement I’m trying to build. Not followers. Not fans. Not another online audience. A generation of people who choose responsibility over excuses. Standards over shortcuts. Contribution over comfort. If that resonates with you... You’re already part of what we’re building. Comment START and I’ll personally help you find where you belong. by @dylan.roos
I don’t want to build a successful business. I want to build something that outlives me. Not because my name is attached to it. But because the next generation needs it. That’s why I haven’t built one program. I’ve built an ecosystem. Because different people are in different seasons of life. Parents need different conversations than young men. Young men need different environments than business leaders. Business leaders face different challenges than families. But the mission is the same. To build people who can carry responsibility. People who can be trusted. People who make their families stronger. Their businesses healthier. Their communities better. This isn’t about creating followers. It’s about creating fathers. Mothers. Leaders. Mentors. Builders. People whose influence echoes long after they’re gone. If enough people become more capable… Families change. If enough families change… Communities change. If enough communities change… Society changes. That’s the future I’m working toward. If that vision resonates with you… You’re already part of the movement. Comment START and I’ll personally help you find where you belong. Whether that’s The Family Standard, Apex Order, The Summit, or simply your next step. Because a capable generation won’t appear by accident. We’ll build it. by @dylan.roos

Success is worth pursuing. Build the business. Make the money. Create freedom. Become exceptional at what you do. But don’t make the mistake of building an impressive life while neglecting the man who’s meant to live it. Because success doesn’t automatically make you disciplined. Money doesn’t make you trustworthy. Status doesn’t give you character. And achievement doesn’t give your life meaning. Success amplifies the man you’ve already become. So while you’re building the business, build yourself. Become physically capable. Mentally resilient. Emotionally grounded. Financially responsible. A man who keeps his word and carries responsibility when life gets heavy. Don’t just become successful. Become capable of carrying the success you’re working so hard to create. That’s the standard inside The Apex Order. Comment BUILD below and I’ll personally send you an invitation to The Apex Order. by @dylan.roos
Most young men never choose their environment. They inherit it. The mates they grew up with. The people they work with. The friends they’ve always had. Then they wonder why they feel stuck. The truth is, your environment quietly shapes your standards. And your standards eventually shape your life. You don’t become a capable man by accident. You become one by surrounding yourself with people who challenge you, hold you accountable, and refuse to let you settle for less than you’re capable of. That’s exactly why I built The Apex Order. A brotherhood of young men committed to becoming physically capable, mentally resilient, emotionally grounded, and ready to carry responsibility. If you’re ready to stop drifting and start surrounding yourself with men who expect more from you… Comment BROTHERHOOD below and I’ll personally send you an invitation to The Apex Order. by @dylan.roos

Most young men don’t ruin their lives with one bad decision. They drift away from the life they could have built. One more week of procrastination. One more month of distractions. One more year telling themselves they’ll get serious “soon.” The scary part? Drift feels comfortable. Until one day you wake up wondering where the last five years went. @apexorder1 exists to stop that from happening. We’ve built an environment where young men stop waiting for motivation and start building standards. Standards for how they train. How they work. How they lead. How they communicate. How they show up every day. Inside you’ll get: ✅ A personalised onboarding process to build structure from day one ✅ Weekly coaching calls with Dylan ✅ Step-by-step training on confidence, discipline, relationships, purpose, business and health ✅ A community of young men committed to becoming better together ✅ Accountability that keeps you moving forward long after motivation disappears This isn’t another self-improvement program. It’s an environment that helps you become someone you respect. If you know you’ve been drifting... This is your opportunity to choose a new direction. Join The Apex Order. Because your future won’t be built by accident. Comment “Direction” below. 👇 and I’ll personally send you an invitation. by @dylan.roos
Most young men don’t have a motivation problem. They have a capability problem. They know they’re capable of more, but they don’t know how to bridge the gap between the man they are today and the man they could become. So they drift. Another week. Another month. Another year. Waiting for confidence to magically appear. Here’s the truth. Confidence isn’t something you find. It’s something you earn. It comes from becoming physically capable. Mentally resilient. Emotionally grounded. Financially responsible. That’s why we built The Apex Order. Not another course. Not another motivational page. A community for ambitious young men who are committed to becoming the kind of men the world can rely on. Inside you’ll find structure, accountability, mentorship, and a brotherhood of men all pursuing the same standard. Inside The Apex Order you’ll get: ✅ A structured onboarding process to establish your goals and build your personal roadmap ✅ Weekly live coaching and Q&A sessions with Dylan ✅ Practical training on discipline, confidence, purpose, relationships, fitness, business, money and leadership ✅ A private community of ambitious young men who push each other to grow ✅ Ongoing accountability so you don’t just start strong, you stay consistent This isn’t about becoming perfect. It’s about becoming more capable every single week. If you’re tired of drifting and you’re ready to become the man you know you’re capable of becoming... Join The Apex Order. Build capability. Confidence will follow. Comment “CAPABLE” below and I’ll personally send you an invitation. by @dylan.roos
God is great. 🌈 In Genesis 9:13-16, it is written: “I have set my rainbow in the clouds, and it will be the sign of the covenant between me and the earth. Whenever I bring clouds over the earth and the rainbow appears in the clouds, I will remember my covenant between me and you and all living creatures of every kind. Never again will the waters become a flood to destroy all life. Whenever the rainbow appears in the clouds, I will see it and remember the everlasting covenant between God and all living creatures of every kind on the earth.” Thus, the rainbow serves as a reminder of God’s faithfulness and mercy. It encourages us to trust in the promises of God, knowing that He is always with us and that He upholds His commitments. As you seek to become more Christlike, remember that God’s love is steadfast, and His promises are true, guiding us in our daily lives. by @dylan.roos
