Courage is not the absence of fear, but taking action in spite of fear.
I created The Courage to Grow to get over my fears, face my vulnerabilities, and take a step forward toward my higher self by putting it out there publicly. Every post and every video is an act of courage. What might feel embarrassing or cringe today will be something I look back on one day as the hardest but best decision I ever made.
