What an awesome full-circle weekend back home in Kingaroy while riding a @jc_action_sports BMX show right in the middle of my hometown 🫶
& also learning a dream trick at @rwillyland

This is the town where I rode my first skatepark, landed my first trick, had my first big crash, and made the best memories with my mates riding around every day.

Now I had the opportunity to come back as a professional BMX rider 9years later and perform a show right in the middle of town, with so many of my family there to watch.❤️‍🔥

Huge thank you to JC Action Sports for letting me set up my very first @bucketlistbrandd stall, and to my Mum, Ma, and Aunty for running it throughout the day!
& @angus.128 for hanging out to film!🎥

Such an unreal full-circle moment, from riding through this park on my way to school as a kid to now getting paid to ride my bike in the exact same place.

What an insane @bucketlistbrandd moment being able to ride side by side with @rwilly the number 1 rider in the world, one of my best friends & a person I looked up to growing up, as well as performing at the best show in the world… @nitrocircus
Life is so much fun!❤️‍🔥📈

Ryan & I have been talking about doing this for a while,
I was quite nervous considering I crashed this trick in my first show & also being my 3rd time dropping in next to someone on the mega aha.
But I knew I put enough work in all week at @rwillyland & in practice before the show so all I had to do was trust myself & have fun riding❤️‍🔥

Also another moment that really stuck with me over the weekend was the video (in the last slide>).
I was nervous in practice sitting up the top of the roll in by myself,
Then @beaverfleming comes up & turns my camera on and starts talking to it saying,
“alright Dylan’s up here, he’s nervous so he’s gonna send it, that’s the only way to go”.
& that just made me really appreciate how good it is to have good people around you & motivate each other to progress.

Overall, I am having the most fun ever, I love riding & hanging with everyone!
(& I know I slipped my back foot in the show on the side by side hahah
Which kinda sucked to not make it perfect but to be honest I’m glad that I have more to look forward to & improve on for the next show!) by @dylandevitt

On the 5/11/23 we gave birth to the Worlds First 360 Nothing Front Bike Flip @rwillyland !!!

11 Days & 700 attempts, falling from 30ft, peeing blood & a few tears😅

& I finally got to tick ‘Land a worlds first’ off of my bucket list! @dylansbucketlist

Thank you to everyone sticking around to set up, film, let me ride this place, pick me back up through the 11 days, it means the world🫶

@headstrongfilms put together an incredible YouTube masterpiece for Ryan’s first @monsterenergy project 🎥😍

And keep an eye out over the next couple of months because I’ve got a huge 6 hours of BTS footage to sort through 😅

After a massive week making sure the container and steel sheets were ready with @noah.joness_ before Ryan got home from overseas, it was finally time to film.

Then Sam got straight onto the welder, followed by some trial and error figuring out how this floating container was even rideable.

Once all the test jumps and measurements were dialled in, Ryan did his thing and banged out multiple insane world’s firsts!

Then he had to re-film nearly all of those world’s firsts the following day because the weather and lighting were better 😅

This project reminded me of @scottycranmer’s Monster and Vans projects back in the day that I used to watch every morning before school.

What a good time.
You don’t want to miss this one❤️‍🔥

Definitely a @bucketlistbrandd moment✅ by @dylandevitt
