Your brain is a goal seeking mechanism.

Thats why goal setting and having a strong emotional reason why is so important.

Beyond that it explains that when you are thinking negatively you will see more negative situations crop up in your life in comparison to the flip side of positivity.

Check yourself and ask - what is your mind actually set on more than anything else. Is it stuck in the past or looking ahead into the future desired reality? by @dylanjsmith_

This year genuinely changed the direction of my life.

I stopped running my window cleaning business I’d built over three years

I was comfortable and fully aware that comfort was quietly costing me the future I actually wanted.

This year hasn’t been about perfection.
It’s been about progression.

Trying. Failing. Rebuilding.
And choosing not to quit when that would’ve been the easier option.

I don’t believe in waiting for a new year to change your life.

If you’re serious, you start early and build momentum while others are still talking about “next year.”

2026 isn’t a reset for me.
It’s a scale year.

And I’ll be helping a lot more people make the same switch
by doing the work before the calendar gives them permission. by @dylanjsmith_
