I am deeply saddened to share that our beloved little Django has passed away today at 16:05.

Your passing has filled my heart with a kind of emptiness and dread I never knew was even possible. You were almost 13 years old, meant to turn 13 on July 13th, but unfortunately your declining health in the past weeks went faster than we could have imagined.

You were never “just a pet.” You were family, a true companion and a piece of our everyday life for nearly 13 years.
Having to let you go was one of the hardest things we’ve ever had to do even when knowing you were already tired, old and somewhere hurting.

We can only hope that somewhere beyond this pain and this world we'll see him again in a place where he is healthy, happy, free and waiting...

Until then, fly high Django. 🕊

Thank you for every moment, every memory and every piece of love you gave us.

You will always be missed and never forgotten.

European Ford Event 2026 👀

Took a couple of pics of my car with the OEM retrofitted Matrix headlights and boy they did not disappoint. 😉

What was disappointing is the weather, all morning and early afternoon rain and most of the crews and visitors already left between 13:00 - 15:00 🌧

It certainly was fun while it lasted, see you next year!

Went to Sainte-Ode, Belgium on holiday this year and the region certainly did not disappoint!
The hills definitely create a nice environment not to mention the roads are really fun to drive on.
Although the 1.0 did struggle sometimes when climbing with all the luggage, nevertheless it survived. 🎉

Very grateful for being able to buy this car and make me smile every day I look at it.

STORYTIME:
A hose flew off the 90 degree hardpipe which led to a maintenance notification on my instrument cluster which gave me an mini heart attack.
Especially when I felt the engine struggle to even do a decent pull!
Luckily it was an quick and easy fix of reconnecting the hose and tightening it 🫠
After that she was back to normal.

WHEW!

Life Update 2.5 🎉

Another year added to the timeline.
More gray hairs. More memories. More lore.

This past year looked a little like this:

- Square eyes because of staring at a screen at @hoogdesign 💻
- More hours in the sky with my drones 🎥
- More automotive photography and videography
- More growth behind the scenes
- More moments that changed me quietly
- Bones are starting to crack, backpain and even more 😭🤣 (jk)

Crazy how fast 365 days can pass.

And somewhere between ambition, chaos, late nights and small wins…
you slowly build to a newer version of yourself.

Let's load in the next update containing: more opportunities, experiences and stories worth remembering.

Todays first meet (for me) organized by @fordclubnl and @ford.europagarage was a great success!
Even though there was a little bit of rain that did not ruin the meet at all.

It was great seeing you all and spoken to some new faces as well!

Remember this: A new year is full of new oppertunities. Make your move, stay in the fight and make your goals happen!

Fight to win. That means you lose, lose, lose and lose… until you’re ready. All you know now is how impossible it seems. You bank that. You hide that.

You keep it alive until you know what to do with it.
And when that time comes, strike with unimaginable power.

It's been a while since the last post so hereby since the sun was out, shot a couple again 👀

Also did a mild Stage I chiptune that brought this beast from 100HP to 130HP, could have gone for more but I chose to save the little EcoBoom's engine to keep up the longevity. ✅️

Took some breathtaking drone shots today at the Hängeseilbrücke Geierlay in Cochem.
Tried to pull off some parallax effect with the 3x and 7x lens on the DJI Mavic 3 Pro which certainly did not disappoint!
