As I’ve officially gone all in on my own business, I think it’s time to introduce myself.

My name is Dylan. I was born and raised here in NW Montana. I am a father, a husband and apparently a guy who needs to tan his legs more.

I got my first camera as a kid, but I didn’t really start shooting or learning what I was doing until high school. By taking an intro to film photography class at the local college once a week, I was able to get out of high school early every day. What started as a way to escape turned into a lot more. A way to get out of my head and focus solely on what’s in front of me.

I’ve been shooting professionally, on and off, for almost ten years, but I was always too afraid to take the leap. That said, I’m really excited to be on this journey and finally chase the dream.

My goal is simple: create meaningful photo and video work for experience-driven brands & businesses big and small, near and far.

Thanks for following along. I’m excited to see where this adventure leads. taken in Whitefish, Montana by @dylanparr_

It is really hard to beat early morning light. Whether it’s out in the mountains or capturing these beautiful homes by @skylinebuildersmt, it’s one of my absolute favorite things to do! taken in Whitefish, Montana by @dylanparr_

Such a fun day for the Annual A-Rob Skate Jam on Saturday. Huge thanks to everyone who makes it happen, all the sponsors and the people who show up to skate. Ran out of tags, and didn’t know some, so please tag people you know in this. I had a lot of footage and didn’t want to cut down too short, hope you enjoy. taken in Whitefish, Montana by @dylanparr_

This a place, with this person, out shooting photos, couldn’t ask for a better evening. Out of frame: a one year old in my left arm trying to grab my camera and stick her hand in my mouth. Super happy with how the gallery turned out form this shoot, some photos to come soon. taken in Glacier National Park by @dylanparr_

After wrapping up a photo shoot, the fam and I got to enjoy last light in @glaciernps the other night. It was a beautiful moment before I left town for a shoot. taken in Glacier National Park by @dylanparr_

Eden and I just enjoyed the moment as she pulled shoes off, tried to put them on her feet, then trying to put them back up (unsuccessfully haha, but it was the thought that mattered).

I’ve always loved how the evening light comes through these hundred year old windows, causing wavy refractions.m taken in Whitefish, Montana by @dylanparr_

A few snaps from the lot at the @squamishhardenduro this past weekend. The clouds started to burn off as the weather started to shift, and it was stunning. Safe to say, my first trip to Squamish will not be the last. I didn’t see it until I started to post it, but now all I see is the “S” in the clouds on the last photo. taken in Squamish, British Columbia by @dylanparr_

I have no idea who this person is, but I’m sure glad I stopped for a minute to snaps some photos of him. This little window in the branches, his shadow against the snow, I’m happy with this one. A lot has happened in my life since I was first at this zone back in 2019, and it meant a lot to return yet again with a camera in hand. After a few years of not wanting to shoot, I’ve completely fallen back in love with holding a camera. by @dylanparr_

I used to hate playing this golf course as a kid, the long fescue would eat me alive. Now, I find it to be one of the most beautiful and favorite courses to play. I just had to stop for a second on my way home when I saw these rays pop out. taken in Kalispell, Montana by @dylanparr_
