I’m excited to share that I’ve joined The Christensen Group at One Luxury International.

For me, this decision came down to the people, the relationships, and the opportunity to grow with a team that shares my vision for how real estate should be done.

But what stood out to me most was the emphasis on relationships. Knowing the market matters. Knowing your clients, understanding their priorities, and earning their trust matters just as much.

The combination of deep local expertise and a network that extends beyond our immediate market was another big part of my decision. It means staying connected to the communities we serve while giving our clients and their properties broader reach.

Having the right marketing, technology, resources, and experienced people around me creates an opportunity to grow my business with intention. More importantly, it supports the experience I want to deliver to every buyer and seller I work with.

Had a fantastic experience working with my clients and help sell their home in Bithlo. We were able to secure a couple offers after the first weekend and put the home under contract in 5 days at full asking! They will be moving onto the next chapter of their lives and I couldn’t be happier for them. 🏠

Earlier this week, I sold my first ever home on the open market. Tim and Mary Lynn chose me over two other realtors that had a combined 60 years of experience! They believed I could get the job done and I delivered. From preparing the listing, negotiating, the inspection, appraisal and the closing I was with them every step of the way. A big thanks to @ycadle for bringing in her buyers.
