Haven’t made one of these bad boys since working at the OG brew bar @lamasonbrewbar

New house perks - this syphon brewer was in the cupboard begging to be used! After a cheeky clean up it was brewing beautifully.

The perks of brewing with a syphon (IMO) is that you get a much cleaner and defined cup of coffee (lol nerd much) but seriously the coffee tastes so much better!

Shoutout to my boy @davelamason and @dan.minty for teaching me this amazing brew method. Missing you both and the times of slinging brews at lamos

It’s taken almost 4 years but i made it back to the dam

Finally something to post about and damn son stuff be changin thanks to covid. Instead of following through with the plan to bugger back over to Amsterdam to roast coffee, we got canceled and ended up stuck in kiwitown for the foreseeable future😂

Pretty damn happy tho with what’s become of me in the last few years, I’ve since moved into the ranks of @peoplescoffeenz in the roastery and have started doing exactly what I had hoped for in the Netherlands! So stoked to work with such a great group of people, surrounded by coffee and I’ve even started learning roast it😍 so yea I guess expect some random coffee posts cause yea I kinda enjoy it from time to time yay

C O F F E E is officially my career now I guess😂we had an amazing time making this stall happen and to finally see it operate for the first time the way it did, is the best feeling ever. Words cannot express my gratitude to the people who helped me make this happen ❤️to name a few;
@ellen_fitzmaurice for keeping me sane and bringing the most amazing service you’d ever see🔥
the boy and partner in the fair Doran bro we came together and delivered a small cafe to the masses of Kapiti and they f*ing loved it! Couldn’t have done it without you❤️
And the people who brought the site together and coincidentally my best customers (probably drinking 5x the average customer 😂), @di.estall and @gregestall thank you so much❤️❤️the credit for signs, table, curtains and art in my stall all go to you both!

P R O G R E S S !

Finally finished my table for the @kapitifoodfair ! One big slab of Macrocarpa, dried and sanded back to reveal its rustic features, followed by 6 coats of natural wood oil (thanks for the help dad!) can’t wait to show this bad boy off at the food fair in November. Come catch me on the 30th at Marzengarb Reserve!
