Happy 10 years of y'all trusting me with your bodies! I am so grateful to have been a part of every process, every prep, and every "I was doing X and suddenly I felt a sharp pain and now I can't do Y 😭!!" Big thank you to my friend @kaytee_thelady for being such a great friend. I can't even describe how that morning made me feel. I am forever grateful for you. @caseydiebold thanks for your 10 years of editing and designing. Your creative eye has really boosted my brand. So congrats to me. For all of my hard work, for betting on myself. For putting all of my eggs in this basket and knowing there was no other way. For trusting that pull on my heart to uproot myself and to keep going through every no, pivot and reroute. Every redirection was a blessing 💖🪷🥂✨ "Hi, I'm Dee Dee Ramone, and I'd like to congratulate myself, and thank myself, and give myself a big pat on the back. Thank you, Dee Dee. You're very wonderful. I love you. Thank you." " by @dynamicbodymechanic

My first ComicCon was an insanely good time! There were so many amazing cosplays/costumes. We were recognized by a lot of people and took a lot of photos. A few people thanked me for saving the world 😆 The guy in the 5th pic was the only other Terminator related character we ran into. We saw a Cheech.and Chong and my all time favorite, Pyramid Head . I'll be a bubble head nurse any day of the week for those arms. At the end of the night I exchanged my spirit orbs for a heart container and found a few rupees in a vase I smashed 🙌🏻 Happy birthday weekend to my best buddy @caseydiebold ! Today was so much fun 🙌🏻 #lacomiccon #terminator2 #sarahconnor #halloween2026 #rainyday❤️ by @dynamicbodymechanic
I get this question a lot, and I never get sick of answering it. It usually happens in the same sentence as someone telling me that I've inspired them and I never considered that the energy of me doing this for me would extend to those I'm connected to. Yall help me keep going more than you know. Big back big chest build muscle ya big baddie 💖💖💖 #transformation #howdoyoudoit #weightloss #discipline #strong by @dynamicbodymechanic
June 16th, 2026 -> October 9, 2026 Naomi has blown me away as a coach 💙 From starting with me, to stage, to offseason this woman has her foot on the gas pedal ready to go. I think what really impresses me with a client is when they have things that may impede on scheduling, exercise or food and they communicate clearly and efficiently. Naomi did so much work for herself and time into herself before she got started with me, I was just able to help guide her in the right direction! So excited to more to come 👏 I’m very proud of this woman and her hard work! • #bodybuilding #lifestyle #coach #bodybuildingcoach clienttestimonials by @dynamicbodymechanic
Releasing the knee and all of the little connective muscles in there is a crucial step when it comes to opening up your posterior chain. It definitely will take your breath away though! With as much as we use them and as neglected as they are, they're usually tight. I'm using a heated scraper and MFR technique to work on this sensitive area. My client is such a champ. #massagetherapy #popliteus by @dynamicbodymechanic

Navigating life alone can be lonely. Having one income in a world that's made for two can be exhausting. I refuse to settle for breadcrumbs for help with any of that. #bikinicompetitor #morningthoughts #ｓｉｎｇｌｅ #healing #parkday by @dynamicbodymechanic

A little photo dump from yesterday. I wanna thank my best friend @caseydiebold for helping me execute yesterday. Your friendship means so much to me and you really came through for me in many moments of need. Thank you for holding space for me and believing in me as hard as you do. My coach @itsmic_joy for driving this ship. I did the work, but without her expert guidance none of this would have been possible. If you know me, you know what an epic transformation this has been. If you want results she's your gal. I can't wait to see how far we take this. I also wanted to thank @torture_with_thomas . You saw this from the ground up, and those years we worked together built the foundation that allowed me to get through this prep. You legit taught me how to lift and it made online programming so much easier. To all of my friends, clients and everyone who sent me something beautiful...you got me through this. All of the encouragement helped so much. I love my chosen family with all of my heart. And then there's me .. I'll just say this. "HI I'm Dee Dee Ramone and I'd like to congratulate myself and thank myself, and give myself a big pat on the back. Thank you Dee Dee. You're very wonderful I love you. " #bikinicompetitor #myfirstshow #musclebeach #ᴘʜᴏᴛᴏᴅᴜᴍᴘ #truenovice This was such a special first show 😭💖🎉 by @dynamicbodymechanic
The girl on the left had no idea what the girl on the right would do. In 2020 I had no idea how deep this would run, how far this would go, and where it would (and will) take me. I don't know what's ahead, but I know this will always be a part of it. The point of this post isn't to just demonstrate physical change but the mental change that comes with it. In 2020 I was still afraid and just now learning how to confront my shadow and what that even was. Now we're best friends. I am so grateful for EMDR therapy. It gave me my life back. "Walk on. Walk on with hope in your heart and you'll never walk alone' #transformation #bikinicompetitor #growthmindset #emdrtherapy #betonyou by @dynamicbodymechanic
