One post can’t capture all the ways our 5,600+ Dynatracers spent this last Wellness Day, but here’s a little sneak peek. 👀

It’s one of our favorite quarterly #DynatraceLife traditions—a long weekend to unplug, knowing no emails or tasks are piling up while we’re away. 🌱 by @dynatrace

HerThreshold ‘26 night is a wrap. 🚀 We hosted some great women studying Software Engineering, Computer Science, AI, and Data Science at our Engineering HQ in Linz for a night of speed recruiting and tech talks.

They met our engineers, toured the office, and got early access to our Summer 2027 Software Engineering internships.

Today is Wellness Day at Dynatrace. 🍃

“Rest looks different for each of us, whether that’s time outdoors, exercise, time with family, or simply slowing down. Our Wellness Day gives Dynatracers the space to step away and reset, and #WorldMentalHealthDay tomorrow is a good reminder of why that matters: our mental wellbeing deserves the same care as our physical health.” — Michael Rogers, Chief People Officer

Every quarter, Dynatracers get an extra paid day off, which turns the weekend into three days to rest and recharge.

Data Duel ep 2. by @dynatrace

One week later, and we’re still thinking about
#WeAreDevelopers NA.

We hosted a great reception with The New Stack, shared sessions on AI-assisted development and responsible AI, led a hands-on workshop built around real incidents and real code, and spent two days getting to meet developers at our booth.

From live IDE debugging to LLM tracing and observability via MCP in the IDE, the technology was exciting. The conversations were even better.

Thanks to everyone who joined the conversations, attended the sessions, and explored the demos with us. Until next time! 👋 by @dynatrace

Welcome to Dynatrace, Arize!

The Arize team officially joins us today. They built Arize Phoenix and OpenInference, the open source tools AI builders use to understand what their models and agents are actually doing.

“Learning and building things have always been my biggest passion, and engineering is the tool that lets me do both.” Haneen is a Senior Full Stack Engineer on our AI Observability team. 👩‍💻

She joined Dynatrace six years ago as a part-time Software Engineer while studying for her master’s in autonomous systems and robotics.

Never one to stand still, she has moved from one frontier of our product to the next: Kubernetes on our latest platform generation, a master thesis with the research team, a value creation team, platform search, and now AI Observability.

None of these moves happened by chance. “You have to go and say, ‘I want this,’” she says. But she never had to do it alone. When she decided to relocate from Klagenfurt to Vienna and applied to AI Observability, her team captain supported her through the transition, shared feedback with her new manager, and pushed for her promotion to senior, even though it meant losing her from his team.

Today, she builds the experience that devs, data scientists, and DevOps teams use to monitor their AI workloads, from prompts and evaluations to the health of their AI services.

AI moves fast, so her team ships continuously, gets ideas into customers’ hands early, and adapts based on what they learn. Engineers talk directly with solution engineers, support, and product managers about what customers love, what needs fixing, and what they expect next.

“It makes me feel fulfilled that I’m working on something where I feel the impact and help shape the ideas for it, not just working on something for the sake of it.”

In a field that “changes every five seconds,” she learns on the job every day. “That’s the good thing for me at Dynatrace: I don’t work on legacy systems. It’s always the new thing.”
