That smile at the end is absolutely everything ♥️ nothing like the smell of premix and your daughters giggles to cap off the evening!

Excited to be here and pumped to keep this strength journey moving!

I still think I have a shot at @wwe one day. Cooper thinks so too but she always has the fatal push. SkyZone is always a good time for a daddy daughter date! #chokeslam #wwe #wrestling #skyzone by @dyoung249

Once upon a time, back in 2014 at UNCW, I was walking into a crowded room full of people and this one gem caught my eye and I took her out on a date. We went to Long Horn (which was when I found out she’s a vegetarian 🙃) and when I dropped her off I went in for a kiss and received a high 5.

Well, 12 years, 1000 miles away and one toddler later, we made it back to where it all started ♥️

At the time I thought I blew it. Little did I know this was THE most important high 5 of my whole life! taken in Graham-Hewlett Hall by @dyoung249

Happy Birthday to the light of my life, my best friend, the person who makes all my dreams come true!💕
Twelve years ago I brought cupcakes (with way too much blue no. 1) to your birthday party at Golden Corral.🧁🍟🏆I haven’t been back since, but I am thankful that was one of my first impressions of you.💙
