New track “Fire Rider” out today on @ureguayrecords compilation Light, Dark And In Between! 🔥 Featuring extremely cool, spaced-out guitar work by my friend @emo_mcgee69 ! 🎸 Buy the track/listen via link in my bio.

Many thanks to the U’re Guay team for inviting me to participate in this concept project and making it possible to be featured alongside a wonderful array of talented artists! And thank you to @mutantdiscoradioshowofficial for the kick ass premier! 🖤

“The brief behind ‘Light, Dark And In Between’ encourages artists to express themselves without genre restrictions leaning on the conceptual line of the name given since the beginning of this project. This liberating approach results in an album that defies conventional categorization, bringing together a diverse array of sounds and styles. With the freedom to explore and experiment, this album offers a refreshing and captivating journey that moves seamlessly from light to dark and everything in between.” #electronicmusic #undergroundelectronicmusic #darkdisco by @dyrmusik

Super excited to share my remix for @juliakonor out today on @ureguayrecords ! 😈 I made this dark, ebm revision on my Yamaha RS 7000 with live fx dialed in by hand. Thanks Julia and U're Guay for including me on another killer release! Congrats team! Check out some fantastic originals by Julia Konor and a dreamy acid remix by @groovimanol on U're Guay, Vol. 55, link to listen in my bio ❤️‍🔥

I got to return the favor of making a remix for the power house @jessbellomook ! Getting to see from afar her many creative pursuits is a serious inspiration and this EP is definitely a reflection of her range of talents! Not to mention the addition of an excellent remix by @manubarcelo as well! Congrats all! I’m proud to be part of this trio! U're Guay Vol. 36: DYR

DYR’s original tracks Skippy and Hello pay homage to early 00's house and were created on a legendary Yamaha RS7000. Skippy serves up DYR's trademark grooves coupled with shimmering synths, delayed percussion, and chunky kick drums while Hello is a rolling disco ride with amped up energy and bold breakbeats. Remixes from Jessica Bellomo and Axel Sundelin round out the extended player by delivering their own abstracted electro takes while retaining the original tracks’ unmistakable energy.

Tracklist

A1. Hello
A2. Skippy
B1. Hello (Jessica Bellomo Remix)
B2. Skippy (Axel Sundelin Remix)

Many thanks to:

🔥Welcome to the family🔥 @dyrmusic

Hailing from the U.S., Minneapolis-based producer DYR elevates dance floors with her atmospheric, beat-forward sets that offer an eclectic blend of techno, house, and disco. Outside of the club, DYR (real name Colleen Burns) works assembling high-end effects pedals -- a position perfectly suited for a producer with a love for delay and all-things FX.

New EP U're Guay, Vol. 36 out today! Buy/stream link in bio.

Today is the day that my latest release, U're Guay, Vol. 36, is out and available to buy and stream! I am very excited to have this EP out on @ureguayrecords in Montevideo, Uruguay.

@pankote & @groovimanol , who are the duo behind the label, have welcomed me with open arms and put in a ton of work to get this release out into the world and into the hands of two wonderful remixers. @jessbellomook is an artist from San Telmo, Argentina who brought a wonderful techno vision to "Hello" and @axel.sundelin from St. John's, Canada took "Skippy" into an edgy electro realm.

I am so grateful that all of these artists in the U're Guay family have collaborated with me on this record to help make it happen! I hope you enjoy it! Links to buy and stream the EP are in my bio.
