Happy World Ballet Day 🤍💛

A day to celebrate this art we love and all the people who make it what it is. Coming back from my injury with Raymonda has reminded me that perfection isn’t what matters — it’s the journey, the people you share it with, and everything you learn from those around you along the way.

My beautiful Zenny bubi,
You were the most beautiful cat in the world 🩷 and you knew it. My tiny king, my little prince, my boss of the house.
Thank you for choosing me. For the cuddles, the chin pets, and for sleeping on me like I was your personal throne. Thank you for your dramatic revenge moments (I still don’t know how a tiny cat could hold a grudge so well) and for all the little fights we had, and for always forgiving me in your own perfect way. (Ps: I forgive your for sending me to the emergency too😋)
You weren’t just my cat. You were my buddy, my shadow, my snuggle partner, my personality-packed, stubborn, hilarious boy. You were spicy when you wanted to be, and peaceful when you wanted to nap on my head.
I hope you felt how much I loved you in your last moments. Safe on your favorite blanket, in my arms, with my hand massaging your chin (spaaa time) . I hope you drifted off knowing you were my everything.
You were my heart walking around outside my body.
Run free now, my tiny prince. No pain. No fear. Just sunshine, tuna cans, soft blankets, and endless mischief.

I still can’t believe that little girl’s dream came true. Forever falling in love with this art form. With every ache, every spotlight, every quiet moment behind stage before the show begins. 💜

First tour to China with CND 🥰 Shanghai and Beijing 🇨🇳🥬🥟
What an amazing experience! So grateful to explore this country with such a fun crew. Big thanks to @norapeinador for your self-taught photography skills! I had a blast trying delicious food, performing on beautiful stages, laughing, and hiking the Great Wall. Also, I definitely nailed the bargaining (kept our wallets happy 😉). Exactly one year ago, I closed a chapter that had defined so much of my life —
I left Stuttgart after 15 years.
Fifteen years of dancing, learning, failing and growing.
Fifteen years of incredible people, unforgettable moments, and a stage that truly felt like home.

Walking away wasn’t easy. But something within me whispered: it is time.
I left behind more than just a company, I left behind a family,
a rhythm I knew by heart, and a version of myself I had lived in for so long.

I had plans — ideas of what would come next —
but life, as it does, had its own surprises.

I ended up in Madrid.
A city I hadn’t planned for, but one that opened its arms to me in the most unexpected ways.
A new company, a new language, a new beginning.
It was challenging. At times overwhelming. Moments of doubt and moments of feeling lost between versions of myself.
But it also gave me something I didn’t know I needed:
space to breathe, to rediscover, to fall in love with ballet even harder once again.

Not for the perfection.
Not for the expectations.
But for the simple, beautiful act of dancing,
of being present, honest, alive.

This past year has reminded me of my resilience,
my passion, and my ability to begin again —
not from zero, but from experience.

To everyone I shared those 15 years with in Stuttgart:
thank you. You’re forever in my heart.
And to this new path unfolding:

4 months forward to injury, finally almost fully back at it! Grateful for movement, muscle memory, and a little more patience than I used to have. Turns out calfs are kind of important 😅

It was so special to be part of this wonderful collaboration with Dior for “La Sylphide”.
One of the oldest surviving ballets, brought to life through the lens of such an innovative artist @junior_cedeno — a beautiful contrast between tradition and modernity.
Grateful for the chance to live this unique experience. Thank you @cndanzaspain and @dior @diorbeauty for your trust and vision! ✨🦋
