We are thrilled to welcome Marsha Beacock to EM Sports Management as the face of our Girls Division!

EM Sports Management is dedicated to helping high-level student-athletes access opportunities to be scouted by schools across the United States, opening doors to the possibility of earning athletic scholarships and pursuing their academic and athletic dreams.

Marsha brings an incredible wealth of experience, passion, and knowledge to our team. With 26 years of teaching experience with the YRDSB and 30 years of coaching experience, she understands what it takes to develop young athletes both on and off the court.

Having played basketball herself throughout high school and university, Marsha knows firsthand the dedication, discipline, and commitment required to compete at a high level. She also brings valuable personal insight into the U.S. scouting process through her experience supporting her son, who has competed in high-level basketball and navigated this same journey.

In her role with EM Sports Management, Marsha will lead our girls’ division, chaperoning and supporting our female athletes in Florida as they visit schools, participate in workouts, and showcase their talents to high school coaches. Her goal will be to ensure these young women have the guidance, support, and opportunities they need to pursue their dreams of playing college basketball in the United States.

We couldn’t be more excited to have Marsha on board. Her experience as an educator, coach, former player, and parent makes her an incredible asset to our organization and, most importantly, to the young women we serve.

Welcome to the EM Sports family, Marsha! We look forward to the impact you will make and to helping more female athletes turn their basketball dreams into reality.

EM Sports is excited to announce the signing of Ulrich Simb Tonfack, a 6’3 combo guard in the Class of 2028.

Ulrich has already built an impressive athletic resume, earning Athlete of the Year as a freshman at Saint-Charles-Garnier. His accomplishments include 2x Hoop City Champion, 2x TBL Gold Medalist, and Hoop Group Tournament Champion.

Beyond basketball, Ulrich has also excelled in track and field, earning a LOSSAA bronze medal in high jump and a LOSSAA silver medal to qualify for OFSAA.

With the season just getting underway, Ulrich is ready to take the next step in his development and showcase his abilities on the court.
