here’s one way to make your own kuma outfit!! @e.stle for more cosplay crafting and dancin! thanks to all that shared love and asked about the cosplay twist and take 🥹 tagged where permissions allowed! for those that are wondering: - I ended up using extra fabric paint I had, not the acrylic one!! (thankfully this only needed one bottle 😭 it was called “Tulip” brand) - the zip-up took me about 4.5 hr to paint, this video is sped up and I kept going over it for thicker layers! I have not painted the little paws on the back yet 🫣 - I actually reused the furry ears from a version of Sandy Cheeks that I cosplayed for a Spongebob rave with friends HAHAHA and for another friend’s bday years after too! - the stretch paper I used for heat pressing dots onto the skirt didn’t work well for me (I crashed out hence I forgot to film me peeling off a couple of dots at least) and cracked a lot, so I used sharpie to color in LOL - I printed out a picture of the front and back of the kuma “bible” / world map book and literally pasted and taped it really haphazardly onto an old textbook - I wore socks for this!!! I usually like to be comfier when at home but alas no dawgs for free (from me at least, love it for others, do what you like fr!) try it at home and tag me with ur kuma!! I wanna see!! #kuma #bartholomewkuma #onepiece #kumacosplay #eggheadisland bartholomew kuma, kuma, one piece cosplay, kuma cosplay, anime poses, transition, explore page, reels, cosplay, anime, cosgirl, cosplay couple, Toronto, Toronto cosplayers, poses, anime girl, cosplay transition, egghead island, cosplay dance thank you to my love who helped me as I crashed ❤️ taken in Toronto, Ontario by @e.stle

jo and raissa dancing to a “parallel world”! @forgottenislandmovie @bini_ph to have the colorful culture of the philippines portrayed so beautifully, to be able to dress up as jo and raissa and dance to its soundtrack with my dear bb and fellow pinay @akiroumi ❤️, it all makes my heart swell so much!! 🇵🇭 WORE JEANS + BROUGHT BACK SIDE BANG STELZ LOL (LONGER REVIEW BELOW!!) truly feels like a full circle cosplay for us, so happy to do what we love, together!! TAYO NA she’s gonna giggle at me for being so senti hehe ily aki yes we ate at @jollibeecanada and yes we did the spaghetti dance postin tht soon LOL GO CHECK OUT “FORGOTTEN ISLAND” NOW!! Thank you @universalpictures @dreamworks💞 #ForgottenIsland #DreamWorks #DreamWorksAnimation #BINI #BINIxForgottenIsland forgotten island, forgotten island movie, philippines, Jo and Raissa, forgotten island cosplay, anime poses, explore page, reels, cosplay, anime, cosgirl, Filipina cosplayers, Toronto, Toronto cosplayers, cosplay dances, girlhood, pinay, Filipino culture, friendship __________ MY PERSONAL THOUGHTS!! This movie was so full of vibrancy and brought me home immediately - common themes of adolescence were portrayed specifically through the lens of growing up as a Filipina - the details of daily life, the parental expectations regarding paths and career, a best friend connection w/a grandparent (for me, my chaotic silly Lolo..🤍), a slideshow of your photos growing up and your potential future abroad being everyone at the famjam’s business (discussed over a lechon and loud magic mic karaoke) among other super relatable aspects I resonated HEAVY with (iykyk)… and remembering that (haha) memories are a huge part of who you are, and challenges are overcome together with the help of community/by relying on your people 🥹❤️ - lots to unpack about diaspora too. I definitely wish there was another series to get into the details of the folklore itself, for a more mature audience (while I’ve been reading about it now, I think the animation style continued on for such a series would be awesome) - but overall, Forgotten Island is certainly the feel good movie with Filipina friendship we need 💞💞 taken in Toronto, Ontario by @e.stle
