Repeat this affirmation until your brain has no choice but to believe it. πŸ€–βœ¨ Your subconscious mind does not know the difference between a real memory and a repeated thought. When you say a positive affirmation over and over like a robot, you bypass all your inner doubt. You force your brain to lock in a brand new reality. Save this video, put this audio on repeat, and let the daily repetition rewrite your self-concept πŸ‘‡πŸΎ Comment "ACCEPTED" in the reply section to claim this mindset shift today! P.S. What is the main affirmation you are robotically repeating right now? Drop it below! πŸ‘‡πŸΎ TT: Apex mind by Sarah #RoboticAffirmations #ManifestationTips #SubconsciousMind #MindsetShift by @e.the.creative

We made it to Friday. πŸ™ŒπŸΎ Tag someone who gets it. We used to count down all week for Friday to come. It felt like freedom was finally here. That feeling never really left us. Now Friday still hits different, even with everything going on. Grateful we still get to feel it. Happy Friday. #millennials #80sbabies #TGIF by @e.the.creative
I want to lovingly scream Happy 21st Birthday οΏΌOlivia Lathan!! My kiddo is beyond amazing and one of the sweetest humans on the planet. Naturally uplifting just by her vibe alone but also chill and super humble. I know you will continue to do amazing things in life and I’m just happy to be able to witness all of it with that proud Mr Miyagi facial expression πŸ₯ΉπŸ˜‚ Love you little one πŸ₯³πŸ₯³ by @e.the.creative
We made it. 🫢🏾 Tag someone you're proud of, even if it’s just yourself πŸ₯Ή Nobody gave us a map. A lot of days were hard, and we kept going anyway. That takes real strength. Some of you are still working it out, and that's okay. You are not behind. You're doing better than you think. Who are you proud of today? #Xennial #80sKids #ProudOfYou by @e.the.creative
That hose πŸ’§hit different. Tag your hose crew. - Remember when a summer day meant zero plans and somehow everything was an adventure? β€œIf you go out… don’t come back in or you stay in…” - Nobody checked the time until the streetlights said it was over. - Now we're grown, and the happy moments hide in smaller places. The first sip of coffee. A familiar face in line. Ten quiet minutes where nobody needs anything from you. It's the same feeling, just quieter. - Growing up in the 80s and 90s taught us that fun doesn't need a reason. Maybe we just have to look for it again. - What's the little thing that still makes your day? #GenX #Xennial #80sKids by @e.the.creative

Constant hustle will cost you everything. πŸ›‘ Here is why going hard is actually the easy part: We are taught to always hustle hard… β€œliving” life at full speed. πŸ€¦πŸΎβ€β™‚οΈ We are trained to think that pausing, resting, taking a breather is a sign of weakness. But, lowkey, running πŸƒπŸΎβ€β™‚οΈ blindly is the fastest way to fly right off the cliff. (that greedy puma / cougar as an example πŸ˜πŸ˜‚) Hustlin CAN be great. But constant speed will burn you out before you even get to enjoy what you are chasing. IYKYK Life is way too short to spend it crashing. It is okay to take a breath. It is okay to stop. πŸ‘‡πŸΎ Tag someone who needs a gentle reminder to slow their butt down today. P.S. How do you remind yourself to take a pause when life gets too fast? Let me know in the comments! #BlindHustle #SelfCareTips #MindfulLiving by @e.the.creative
Life comes at you fast. ⏰ A few months ago, a widowmaker heart attack nearly took everything from me. But today, I get to celebrate another year of life. It has filled me with a level of gratitude I have never felt before. I am so incredibly thankful for my family, my friends, and the connections that have kept me standing over the years. You all mean more to me than words can say. Thank you for being part of my story. πŸ‘‡ Do me a quick favor today: Don’t wait to tell your people you love them. Who do you need to send a quick text to right now? Let’s spread some love in the comments. #Gratitude #LifeIsAGift #FamilyFirst by @e.the.creative
Virgos aren’t cold πŸ₯Ά They’re just drowning in silence. ♍ Most people get this totally wrong. Their quiet is not distance. It’s actually how they love you the hardest. A Virgo will never say they’re struggling. They just make sure your storm doesn’t touch you. 🌧️ They’re natural fixers. They carry their pain alone. But they still show up put together, just for you. They’re the reliable one. The first person everyone calls when things fall apart. πŸ“ž This isn’t about attention. It’s just what real love looks like. A Virgo will stand in the freezing rain just to keep you dry. β˜‚οΈ If you have a Virgo like this, tell them today. Even the strongest protectors need someone to hold the umbrella sometimes. πŸ‘‡πŸΎ Who’s the person that always keeps you safe in your storm? Tell it below. P.S. Virgos, what’s one thing you wish people understood about your quiet strength? #VirgoSeason #virgomemes #quietstrength by @e.the.creative
