dnf-ed my last long run and sat curb side swearing i hate running. among this year’s blood tests, health scares, and pulling out from multi-sport races, never believing i could touch 1:40 was somehow the hardest to grapple with. yet, all the stars aligned for the textbook perfect race.

always grateful for super⭐️s @thejohnyeong @xoxochermaine @team.sportplus for taking a chance on me, my wings🪽 @ceddychua @bbernn_ , and everybody in my corner (who watched me cry/whine/puke x1000)

ended a week of anticipatory grief and mounting heartache with 1x hit out in the form of a race 🏁

always fun to get out there and chase/be chased + rare out-of-character reel in all lightness (#purevibes as @timomochow would say). very cathartic finish and a brief relief to have ticked yet another hard thing off :”

A double PB for the Tan sisters in the @goldcoastmarathon half marathon this morning!

Bernice Tan (@bbernn_ ) shaved off 6 minutes from her last outing here 3 years ago to finish with 1:30:49, while Eunice Tan (@e.untya) clocked a solid debut half-marathon time of 1:36:21. 🎉

Congrats to both athletes, and have a listen to what they had to say about the course and the Gold Coast experience!

Title reclaimed. 🔥

🥇Team SportPlus are back, reclaiming the Standard Duathlon Mixed Relay title after losing it in 2025.

Team 3 — @raymond_sng , @brycechong_triathlon and @e.untya — powered to victory in the Mixed Relay category, with Raymond setting the field alight from the start and the team sealing the win after a thrilling finish.

A strong performance, plenty of laughs, and the title back where it belongs. Congratulations to arguably the funniest team of the lot. 👏

fun one done and dusted with the very best @brycechong_triathlon and @e.untya, all in good fun and enjoyment, thankful to @team.sportplus for the opportunity to rep and take in the Marina Bay vibes! Definitely loved having the crowd being the centre stage for the race course, their rally were electrifying ⚡️
