We had the one and only Dionne Sims @mr.trendingtopic__ pull up for an exclusive NIL Workshop — and it was everything. 🔥

This is what we do at E4. We don’t just talk about the bag, we teach athletes how to BUILD it. Understanding your brand, knowing which companies align with YOUR story, and learning the difference between what you need vs. what you want that’s the foundation

Stay Stalking for Dionne’s story ❤️ by @e4athlete

Here’s the refined intro with that added depth and authority:

⸻

Meet Jacob “J5” Smith. @j5_e4athlete

Co-Founder of E4 Brand Management and the lead behind athlete recruiting, development, and negotiations.

As a former athlete and quarterback, educator, and ordained minister, J5 brings leadership, discipline, and purpose into everything he builds. He understands the athlete mindset, the structure needed to grow, and the responsibility that comes with guiding young men through critical stages of their lives.

J5 is the architect behind how our athletes are positioned — from high school recruiting to college opportunities and NIL strategy. He leads relationships with schools, structures revenue opportunities, and ensures every athlete we represent is aligned for long-term success.

This is more than exposure
This is structure, leadership, and real opportunity

At E4, we don’t just represent athletes
We stand with them and build with them

DON’T WAIT UNTIL COLLEGE TO BUILD YOUR NIL👀
This is @trevonjohnsonnn , a senior running back at Tomball High School, taking time to sign autographs and connect with the young fans who look up to him.

This is what building NIL looks like before the first deal ever comes.

Your NIL is your name, your image, your likeness, your story, your reputation and the influence you have on the people around you. Every time you show up for your community, engage with supporters and give people a reason to remember you, you are increasing your value.

High school athletes in some states can already earn money through NIL. @uiltexas athletes have tighter restrictions on when commercial NIL agreements can be executed, but that does not mean you should wait to build your brand. (wwwprod.uiltexas.org)

👉🏽Build the audience now.
👉🏽Build the relationships now.
👉🏽Build the content now.
👉🏽Build the reputation now.

Then, when you enter college and become eligible for NIL opportunities, brands are not meeting you for the first time. Your presence, your story and your community are already there.

Trayvon is not just signing autographs. He is showing the next generation who he is, and that is how NIL value begins. taken in Tomball High School by @e4athlete

E4 ATHLETE MANAGEMENT ADDS POWERHOUSE 2027 RB TREVON JOHNSON 6’0 | 220 | 4.45

E4 Athlete Management continues to strengthen its high school roster with the addition of 2027 running back Trevon Johnson of Tomball High School in Tomball, Texas.

Johnson is a powerful, physical runner who runs behind his pads, finishes through contact and has the ability to turn tough carries into positive yards. His combination of strength and downhill running style makes him a 2027 prospect for college programs to keep on their radar.

E4 will focus on increasing Johnson’s recruiting visibility, getting his film in front of the right programs and working alongside his family as his recruitment continues to develop.

Welcome to E4, Trevon. 🏈❤️🖤 by @e4athlete

Prince Nash may only be a freshman, but his game is already showing signs of something much bigger.

The Class of 2030 quarterback at Ridge Point is developing with a level of precision, poise and confidence that stands out early. In a matchup against Dickinson, Nash completed 10 of 17 passes for 145 yards, giving a glimpse of what E4 Athlete Management believes could become a very special progression over the next several seasons.

What makes Nash intriguing isn’t just the numbers. It’s the way he approaches the position. His timing, decision-making and willingness to keep developing are beginning to separate him from the typical freshman quarterback.

He still has plenty of football ahead of him, and that’s what makes this story worth watching.

Right now, Prince Nash is developing quietly.🤫🤫🤫
But if that development continues, he won’t be a secret for long.

GUYS ADD HIM TO YA WATCH LIST👀

We’ve been a little quiet about the E4 Athlete Brand Box, but we’ve been working behind the scenes! 📦

We spent the summer testing the market, working with brands, and proving our concept. Now we’re excited to announce that the E4 Athlete Brand Box is officially launching this holiday season!

We’ll be getting boxes out as the season wraps up and athletes head into school break, giving them time to try new products, create content, and learn how to work with brands. This is about more than receiving a box—it’s an opportunity for athletes to build their personal brands and understand what being a brand partner actually looks like.

We’re so excited to bring this to more athletes and share what we’ve been building. Stay tuned for box details and how to get involved!!!! by @e4athlete

DIONNE SIMS IS POSITIONING HIMSELF FOR NIL 💰🦉

There’s a lesson athletes can learn from Rice RB Dionne Sims: your NIL value is being built before a brand ever calls.

Dionne has positioned himself well. He has a great reputation, an amazing personality, he’s becoming a familiar face within the Rice community, and he’s comfortable representing himself in interviews and other opportunities.

That matters.

When his agency walks into conversations with brands, we’re not starting from scratch. Dionne has already given us something marketable. Our job is to take that foundation, create the strategy and connect him with brands that make sense for who he is.

Athletes, remember: NIL isn’t only about followers or what happens on game day. Your name, personality, reputation and how you show up all have value.

And the positioning is starting to pay off. 👀

Stay tuned for the TWO brands Dionne will be working with as he begins building his NIL portfolio. 🔥 by @e4athlete

Ricardo “Bam” Parker @bam_parker44 made his commitment to Troy, but that hasn’t stopped Power 4 programs from paying attention.

The 2027 Prattville defensive lineman is rated as one of the headliners of Troy’s class, with roughly 20 reported offers, including Virginia Tech, Georgia Tech, Arkansas and Stanford. Now, Auburn Undercover reports that Texas Tech and Oklahoma State are calling, adding even more Power 4 attention to his recruitment.

His own head coach, Bobby Carr, may have said it best: Troy is getting a “steal” if they can hold onto him.

Bam is committed. But the attention isn’t slowing down.

Power 4 programs are still watching — and #BamParker is giving them a reason to. by @e4athlete
