I know it's been a few weeks, and I'm lazy with social media.

I feel like I've been asleep until this point. The music, scale, and environment was on a level I never could have expected. It was amazing and I enjoyed every single second of it. If the line up is this good, I'll be attending every year so long as this body will allow me. It was the highlight of my year!

2nd time seeing Tiesto live, seeing some talent for the first time live along with some newcomers has been truly gifting and opened my eyes to some new genres.

More than that, it could not have happened without some good company. Thank you to all. To the friends I've known and worked with for years and new friends (including our American ones ❤️). There are too many too name, whether you hosted parties or or had me tag along to show me some new artists I can't thank you enough.

Starting the year with the body I've always wanted. Many of you have known me to be "Little Eric" when I was younger. Sometime in my 20s, I really must have let myself go. I started to notice small complications in my day to day functions and obviously didn't feel well in my own skin since I've always been a thinner guy. I started working out in 2018 with good results but then dropped it for some reason. I noticed the weight was creeping back up on me and decided we should just put in the time and effort for real this time and see where it takes us. There are plenty of terrific looking 30, 40 or 50 year old men and women so there's no reason I can't look better than I ever did in my 20s.
I made a lot of mistakes along the way but also learned a lot about myself and about nutrition. It's a little surreal to see how much my body has changed over time. Obviously there are additional fitness goals I'd like to hit in due time but perhaps I can treat myself more frequently now - maybe I'll be a little less hangry 😄. Let's see what the future holds 💪.
And the reason my hair looks different is because my hairline was thinning real bad so I started taking finasteride and minoxidil to help prevent hair loss and promote regrowth. It's also been over a year since I got a hair transplant which I encourage anyone to do if they've been thinking about it.
