I recently shot Mömmó (‘Mother Play’), a powerful play written by Paula Vogel. It premiered at Borgaleikhúsið in Iceland last night (and originally starred Jessica Lange on Broadway). The production is excellent. #borgaleikhúsið #motherplay #mömmó by @e_tomasson

Part of a series I did behind the scenes for SFB a few months back. In order to photograph this small pod of dancers I was tested three times a week. Some of the images were shot on black and white film and some on digital. #tri-x #nikonf6 #ballet #sfballet #blackandwhitephotography #ballet by @e_tomasson

Film vs digital. I shot both film and digital on a project last year. On the left is the retouched color digital file from a D810 and on the right is a straight scan of Ilford PanF. What do you think? @sashadesola #ilford #d810 #nikon #filmvsdigital #sfballet #bwfilm by @e_tomasson
