Maybe the real Ford GT was the friends we met along the way...

From futbol stars to "nefarious" YouTubers to really kind private owners, the Historics at PittRace weekend was one to remember. Special kudos to the Ford GT40 Reunion for their incredible support and providing charity rides.

To millions worldwide, Tim Burton of Shmee150 is the undisputed king of automotive content. To me, this guy is a masterclass of content creation, business acumen, and adaptability. He's the first vlogger I started watching on YouTube almost 10 years ago. Some of my past and future projects take inspiration from Shmee's endeavours. And seeing his efforts away from the cameras has me appreciate his on-camera content even more.

The Historics at PittRace is a bit of an underrated event at @pghvintagegp. Of the two weekend events, this one is the best one for truly being able to sit down and enjoy the racecar sights and sounds. A great experience, especially since this was my first time actually spending a full day there!
July 24th and 25th are the events at Schenley Park. If you miss it, you're missing out on one of the best automotive events around. It's not your usual car show by any means!

Standard on all new Mercedes-AMG models is "Emotion Start". By simply holding either shift paddle while pressing the engine start button, the AMG starts with its exhaust valves open and revs a bit higher. Why don't more cars have this?
